19.1 The term
of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006,
with
re-openers for the second year (2006) as follows: Article 8, Salaries; Article
3, Section 3.71
Association Release Time; and one article of choice each--one of the District's
choice and one of the
union's
choice. Neither of these articles of choice shall be Article 10, Benefits.
19.1.1 In the event the President's Health Care Program is instituted during the term of this
contract, Article 10 will immediately be re-negotiated.
